Active sourdough starter that is more than 3 years old (super active) and been fed daily. Half of the flour is plain French white unbleached flour, the other half is freshly milled organic stoneground wholemeal rye flour.  It can be fed with any other type of flour too. It comes with an instruction of how to feed this sourdough for best results. The additional freshly milled organic wholemeal rye flour helps with having an optimum fermentation, microorganism and enzyme activity of the starter.

This starter comes in a BPA free plastic container. The lame is made of wood. The blade position is adjustable. The package contains 4 extra blades too.
